ANANDA AND ADAR LEV
Ananda is a seasoned Tantra teacher with over 15 years of experience, and Adar is a therapist and dedicated Tantra practitioner. Together, they lead transformative Tantra workshops and retreats, guiding individuals and couples on their journey to deeper connection and self-discovery.
When they embarked on their own pregnancy journey, they experienced firsthand how Tantric practices can be especially beneficial during this period. Inspired by their experience, they decided to share their wisdom and personal journey to support other pregnant couples in cultivating intimacy, mindfulness, health, and a deeper connection during this sacred time.

Session 1
Introduction
Introducing Tantra, some basic concepts & practices, and how it all relates to the sacred journey of pregnancy.
Setting up the container for this course.
Session 4
Connect Through Meditation
Meditation stands at the heart of the Tantric practice.
There are various ways to meditate. We explain why it's so important and beneficial, and we practice some meditation together.
Session 2
Opening Ceremony
We honor ourselves and this sacred journey with a beautiful opening ceremony.
Setting up an altar together, breathing, connecting to our hearts, and expressing our deep intentions & healthy boundaries.
Session 5
Gentle Contact, Dancing & Sharing
We continue to practice together in a very gentle and conscious way.
Opening our breath, our bodies and our hearts.
We take time for some sharing, to increase the intimacy in the couple.
Session 3
Breath, Sound, Movement & Gratitude
We dive into some beautiful Tantric exercises, using our bodies, with a lot of care and joyfulness.

Session 6
Tantric Breath & Pregnancy
Breath is one of the pillars of the Tantric practice. We learn & practice various Tantric breaths.
Their benefits are huge for everyday life, during sexuality, pregnancy and childbirth.
Session 7
Exploring Tantric Touch
Learn & experience various types of Tantric Touch.
Enjoy different energies during conscious touch, with deep listening to ourselves and the partner.
All within the boundaries that we set together as a couple.
Session 8
Pregnancy Supportive Massage
Pregnant women many times struggle with pain as their body goes through tremendous changes.
This is the time for the partner to help alleviate some of the pain using some supportive massage techniques.
Session 9
Tantric Sexuality During Pregnancy
Your sexuality may change, during the pregnancy. This is a very natural part of the process. Tantra teaches us to accept it and enjoy this change.
We share what we've learned about Sexuality and Pregnancy, including Tantric practices and some poses that work for us during this special period.
Session 10
Closing Ceremony
Closing our sacred container with this ceremony, we share our experience, our gratitude and our blessings to ourselves and everyone who embarked on this journey with us.
